CECA MAGÁN Abogados appoints Francisco Esteban as managing partner in Seville

CECA MAGÁN Abogados has hired Francisco Esteban as managing partner for its Seville office, as reported today by ABC de Sevilla (for subscribers only). He is an expert in corporate and contract law and is accompanied by his trusted team, lawyers Antonio Jesús Toscano and Francisco Javier Cabacas.

With this signing, we are continuing our commitment to strengthening our presence in Andalusia, where we began our own journey in October 2021. With Francisco's arrival, we are focusing on corporate, contract, and litigation matters, areas with high growth expectations for the 2025 fiscal year.

Francisco Esteban has a law degree from the University of Seville and a master's degree in Business Legal Advice from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol. He has extensive experience in corporate litigation and M&A, venture capital, and real estate transactions, and is currently secretary to the board of more than 10 well-known companies in their respective sectors.

He also stands out for his in-depth knowledge of Andalusian family businesses. For their part, the team of lawyers who accompany him also have extensive experience in complex litigation and insolvency in recent years.
