The commercial lawyers at CECA MAGÁN Abogados are once again finalists in the Forty Under 40 2025 Awards, presented by Iberian Lawyer.
The firm is a finalist in the Forty Under 40 2024 Awards in three categories: one team category for best firm of the year in M&A; and two individual categories for best M&A lawyer of the year for Miguel Lobón and Esther Pérez.
Miguel Lobón is a partner in the commercial law department at our Barcelona office and is an expert in the sale and purchase of companies in sectors such as technology and nautical. He has handled high-profile cases, such as the financing round for bound4blue.
Esther Pérez is a director in the commercial law department and specialises in advising on corporate law, both national and international, private equity, corporate restructuring and fashion law.
